Damage to the package

If you notice obvious damage to the packaging at the time of delivery (damaged package, damaged or missing product), you must accept the package with specific reservation, writing on the courier document "WE ACCEPT WITH SPECIFIC RESERVE" and describing the problem. The simple wording "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION" or "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION OF CONTROL" is not sufficient to activate the insurance. If the courier refuses to accept the specific reservation, you must refuse the package.
In any case, contact us immediately and report the incident.
IRAGUCCI is not responsible for damage or anomalies to the product if you have not correctly contested the delivery.
We ask that you keep the damaged packaging and provide us with photos of visible damage. We will do everything we can to promptly resolve the situation and ensure that you receive a replacement product or refund.
