Access and use of the Site

Access to the Site is free. The User can use the Site to: view the Products; carry out research on the Products; send requests for information.

The User is required to use the Site in accordance with the law and the Terms.

Purchase of Products

The User can purchase the Products on the Site by following the purchase procedure indicated on the Site.
The purchase procedure involves filling out an order form, entering billing and shipping information and choosing the payment method.
The User is required to verify the data entered in the order form before sending it.
IRagucci will send the User an order confirmation email. The contract for the sale of the Products ends with the User's receipt of the order confirmation email.

Price

The price of the Products is indicated on the Site. The price of the Products is inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the User in the order form.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the User. Delivery times are 3-5 working days for orders in Italy and 5-7 working days for orders abroad.

Right of withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send IRagucci a written communication with notice of withdrawal to info@iragucci.eu, within 14 days of receiving the Products and follow our rules to make the return.

Responsibility

IRagucci is liable to the User for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from breach of the sales contract.
IRagucci is not responsible for any damage caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events.

Changes to the Terms

IRagucci reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time.
Changes to the Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Site.

Applicable law

The Terms are governed by Italian law.

Jurisdiction

The court of Naples is competent for all disputes arising from the Terms.
