Return Policy
1. Return Terms
- Customers must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and any seals intact.
2. Products not eligible for return
- Products opened or used.
- Personalized or made-to-order products.
- Perishable or expired products.
Return Request Procedure
1. Initial Contact
- The customer must contact customer service through the contact form on the site or the email info@iragucci.eu, specifying the reason for the return and the order number.
2. Return Authorization
- Customer service will evaluate the return request and provide detailed instructions.
- If your return is approved, you will be provided with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
Product Packaging for Return
1. Adequate Protection
- Make sure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transportation.
- Use the original packaging if possible.
2. Inclusion of Documents
- Include a copy of your original invoice or shipping slip.
- Attach a short note with the RMA number and reason for return.
Shipping of the Returned Product
1. Shipping Service
- Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Inform customer service of the tracking number.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer except for incorrect shipment.

Return Processing
1. Receipt of the Product
